1. Landscape Plans 

     2. Sight lighting (night and safety illustrations)

     3. Outside bike racks: near building (front of the branch) and near distribution facility (displayed under sheltered/ gated)

     4. Direct paved sidewalk to the entrance from crosswalk with a diagonal sidewalk into the building from the street (Woodland)

     5. Study the connection between the two buildings (design opportunity to connect the two designs)

     6. Parking North/South sidewalk: consider configuration to complement the design of the joining sidewalks and direct connection with sidewalks along the street (Griswold) along the parking.

          a. Study the connection of the intersection of the sidewalks including the side walk leading into the parking (to large consider shrinking the width).

     7. Delete the extra inside East/West sidewalk parallel (near distribution facility) to the sidewalk along Woodland Ave.

     8. Color study: consider more vibrant color treatment and connection with landscape (evergreen). 

     9. Wayfinding signage

   10. Consider the building entry treatment more pronounced.

   11. Walking Paths (near parking): consistency of shape and design of the paths.

   12. Consider the positioning of the building (moving the far Northeast end of the building closer to Woodland)

   13. Development of the design of the plaza, especially the treatment of the portico (and its use for each season)

   14. Consider portico facing Woodland flipping the design)

   15. Roof treatment: HVAC screening to hide from street view

   16. Furniture: plaza, parking, pathway areas
